Alright so I've trashed the whole swap idea and planning on boosting, most likely I will just grab the greddy kit+intercooler+bov, but that will wait until winter dies down most likely, so what should I start doing as far as preperation goes? I dont have the cash flow for a stroker kit or anything to build up internals so I was thinking maybe fuel management ect. With so many around which are most simple/but good ones? If there is something else I should do or consider please lemme know.

yet again, another turbo related questions.... we have a turbo forum ya know..... It's up to pdiggs to move this one.
Prep:
-buy/install your gauges (EGT, oil pressure, boost)
-buy/install turbo timer
-upgrade exhaust system (2.5 inch diameter piping)
-Save for Hondata and sell that emanage
-Find a P28 ECU

Haha...you just wanted to whore the forum up, didn't you Arnel? And you forgot doing a leakdown test. No use slapping a turbo on anything if the motor is on it's way out or won't hold the boost.
