what are the best or good plugs to get for a Vtec lude? I remember when i was on this board alot that there was a warning not to use a certain plug, i believe it was the Bosch +4 or whatever..but im' not sure :P

ngk or the densos. also your manual has the part# for each manufacturer. also there might be a high rev plug for your app. make sure you get those too

i got ngks...and the old ones were also NGK

thats what oem plugs are
so that could be a sign that the plugs were either never changed or the previous owner had it tuned up @ dealershit OR knew they were ngk to begin with and wanted to replace w/ = parts

Only idiots pay $5 per plug.. anything the repair manual suggests is fine.. you don't need that platinum crap..

yeah i think i paid 1.29 a plug at the most. i havnt seen any reason to go with platiumns over copper. i remeber someone did some test with bosche 4's and the cheapest copper nkg's you could get and couldnt find a reason to go with the plats over copper.
