a gsr should be more reliable

(its vtec...not v tech, vtech, vtek, v-tec, v-tech or any other variation)
LSVtec sucks...thats all I have to say about the topic. Its been posted tons of times. If you want more information search.

LSVTEC is a sensitive subject. I dont mind doing one as long as it's built internally and not for daily driving. It does make more power on the dyno... stock to stock swap. But the reliability has always been the big question.......
Personally, if I have the choice, it'll be a GSR swap all the way....

Eh, I agree that the GSR would be better to go, but only because it's much simpler and it's in my opinion the best honda base. you've got more options with good potential. as far as the comments about reliability...i've said this before in my first post..any heavily modded car has the potential of being unreliable. if you were smart, you'd build the car to MORE reliable..IE: lower compression if boosted, change the internals and maybe even get some block work done, use the correct fuel and tune your vtec properly. all in all, I think the unreliable junk are all myths. But..yes, GSR.
