Im looking for a cam that works in a 97 f22. No body seems to make one. HELP!!!

uhm lots of places do regrinds on cams, you should get a cam from a junkyard or something and mail it to one of these companies and they will do a regrind. A few to name are Delta, Gude and Web, I have heard good things about Delta cams and you can also buy a core cam from them for like $40 if you can't find one to send in so you won't have any down time.

yea i agree, i bought an h22, yeah!!! now i have to learn how to install it myself, (project!).
as for mr. accord f22, i guess john riley is your answer. :)

the company i work for deals with crower and they can do a regrind for me, im just having trouble finding a core. i will try delta for a core though. thanks.

brain, that swap isnt that hard. i helped my buddy swap one into a crx. it took some cussing and screaming but it did go in and it runs great.

I have nothing but good things about Gude cams... That is probably my next step (new cam and throttle body).
