Ummmm...ok. I see those everyday. That's what I like to call "I should've been aborted" syndrome. Also known as "waste of sperm and egg" syndrome. It almost makes me sad but then I remember that sadness is for poor people.

It also makes me sad when I open up threads like this thinking of seeing some pictures.

Yeah...the RX-8s (if memory serves me) went under a voluntary recall because their power output was something like 10%-20% less than advertised.

Mazda wanted to make it right by buying back all the RX-8s at full price... or lifetime unlimited warrenty. Either way, I have driven an RX-8 and I was reallyunimpressed.

called back because they are rated at like 240 and where putting like half that down. They said because on dynos the cat had a safe mode or "dont melt the cat" mode. Where when sensors detected that only the rear wheels were moving it retarded the timeing

Yeah...one of my auto tech professors totally ripped that car apart telling us about the recall. Hilarious. Honestly, I'd love a turbo RX-7...but the RX-8 may fellate me copiously.
