well i got a good portion of the items i needed/wanted.
First up the kit itself, its a Nitrous Express EFI direct port kit, I wanted this to be a safe hp gain and direct port is the safest:
http://img6.imageshack.us/img6/4282/Dsc00194.jpg
I also got a MSD digital 6 ignition controller which can retard timing when the nitrous hits, and provides a "soft" rev limit-one that doesnt cut fuel:
http://img6.imageshack.us/img6/4616/Dsc00202.jpg
then i found a good deal on a MSD blaster HVC coil so i snagged that and got the modified cap to go along with it:
http://img6.imageshack.us/img6/8064/ahahahhajpg.jpg
I also wanted to replace my decade old fuel pump so I got a walbro 190lph:
http://img6.imageshack.us/img6/6905/Dsc00204.jpg
right now I only have the digital 6 installed and that was a nice little pita by itself.
I still need to get a few things like a blow down tube kit since i'll have the bottle mounted right behind the drivers seat, a nitrous pressure guage, a fuel pressure guage, a chip to get rid of my rev-limit so i can set it at what I want with the digital 6, and other little odds and ends, maybe even new fuel injectors.
The plan for now is to run a 50shot and if everything is cool MAYBE increasing it to a 75shot on the stock block. Then I want to get a sleeved block w/ internals and then change the jets out to run 150-200shot w/ a progressive controller.
what do you think?

Neat. Looks....new?
Ive actually been tossing around the idea of n2o lately. I dont need it....I dont race (ever).
But....no...I cant (but it'd be fun)
Keep us posted

more updates are definitily on the way, right now i'm installing the coil on a simple custom bracket i made.
yeah i hardly ever race at all, so i dont need the power there all the time like with turbo, plus a top notch nitrous setup is still cheaper than a mediocre turbo setup.

just finished installing the coil:

here you can see the digital 6 up by my battery:

mounting both these damn things was a royal pain but it was worth it.

just got done installing the walbro, i had a little incident and had to do some "customizing" but its working well so i'm happy.
Heres the acces panel under that back seat:
http://img10.imageshack.us/img10/2466/Dsc00248.jpg
heres whats underneath, the 2 fuel lines and 1 electrical connection will need to be disconnected before pulling out the pump:
http://img10.imageshack.us/img10/3494/Dsc00253.jpg
then this pulls out, not a great pic but oh well:
http://img26.imageshack.us/img26/2833/Dsc00255.jpg
another pic of the assembly that comes out, next to the walbro:
http://img26.imageshack.us/img26/5258/Dsc00256.jpg
couple notes of caution:
1. even though i released the pressure in the fuel system like the Helms manual said, a decent amount of gas came out when loosening the banjo bolt under the access panel.
2. both pumps have a little nub that the filter on the pump is supposed to attatch to via a little lock ring, the honda pumps is metal and the walbro's is gay ass plastic. don't break it when putting the pump back into the assembly like I did and if you do, zip ties are your friend.

man please dont say NOSSSS. NOS is a brand name. call it by the real name. Nitrous. Sorry man, just a pet peave of mine. Besides u dont want to sound like those actors on "fast and the Furious" who have no the faintest clue of what they are talking about.
Az all I got to say is sweet man.

oh and one more thing about the nitrous kit, its commonly believed that a 75-80shot is the lowest you can go on a direct port kit, but the NX kit can go to a 50shot. if you need proof then here:
Robert,
I hope this clears everything up for you. All the information you have received has been correct. We have two different systems with the 80004 part number. You must specify 80004 or 80004EFI. The differences are the horsepower ranges. The 80004 is for a 4-cylinder gasoline application (carb). Horsepower ranges are 100-150-200-250HP. The 80004EFI is for a 4-cylinder (fuel injected). Horsepower ranges are 50-75-100-150-200HP. For your application you should use the following jetting patterns:
HP Nitrous Jet Fuel Jet
50 20 12
75 24 14
100 26 16
Please do not hesitate to contact us again with any questions regarding your application, installation, etc. I can also be reached directly at 1-888-289-6261.
Thank You,

well, the setup looks like it will be fun once it gets going. I also am going with nawz, and lol, im going with NX (not because of reading that you also have it). Im gonna get the wet kit since i am a firm believer that Direct port is overkill for anything lower than a 75-80 shot.
You know AZ, its funney we never see eye to eye, since we have almost the exact same car and all.

oh well, its all good though.
NX makes the best kits, you wont be dissappointed with yours.

Just installed this to make sure fuel pressure is still in spec w/ the upgraded fuel pump:
http://img37.exs.cx/img37/2226/Dsc00400.jpg
This is where it goes, you remove the bolt that goes through the banjo fitting on the top left side of the fuel filter
http://img37.exs.cx/img37/4725/Dsc00398.jpg
and this is what it looks like when your done:
http://img37.exs.cx/img37/1655/Dsc00403.jpg
turns out that the fuel pressure is 1 psi too high w/ the vacuum hose disconnected(stock is 47, mine is 48), and 2-3psi too high when the hose is connected. I dont think this should be too much of a problem, gotta do a little research to be sure.
