yeh so heres the story...i bought this stereo a few months ago....

its a sharp...at the tiem it was on sale and i had some coupons for best buy for it...and it soudned good so i bought it....in the first 30 day trial however, the speakers were makin ticking noises whenever i cranked it...so i retruned it and got a new one....now 2 months later....the fuckin tweeters arent workin...i have the 2 year plan but i dont wanan keep this unit ne more...i was hopin that best buy will lemme exchange it for another one..these are the other ones i have in mind and have checked....

teh panosonic one bumps harder but i'm nto sure which one i wnat....what do u guys think...which one will last longer...adn will best buy lemme exchange it...thanx!

you should buy some new speakers. its not always the head unit. but i would buy a Alpine. which you cant get at Best Buy.:no:

^nah bro its not car audio....its a home stereo system...book shlef system...dindt ul ook at the pics...i need feedback on whichsystem to buy and if best buywill take it back lemme knoasap

hah getting frustrated, well hey go look at some reviews, but I'd say sony, tend to make good home audio.

sony is good well I guess theyre both good brands, just dont get something that will break down real quick. my friend works at best buy they should let you exchange it if its all in tact and you didnt mess it up ya know?

^ like i said I didnt mess it up after i mvoed back from college and plugged it in the damn tweeters in teh speakers didtn work....and i've had this for more than 30 days...its been about 3 monhts..i hope they will let me exchange it

go with the sony, it has an mps player(mp3cd) panasonic is good, but not all music is good with a lot of thump, you want all around sound, not just bass.

Couldn't have said it better. Best Buy sucks balls. If it were me, I'd go with a Philips system. I've had good results with mine for about 3 years or so. Sub hits pretty low too (it's got 5 speakers and a sub...essentially 5.1 surround). Just hit Circuit City...their prices are usually better than Best Buy's anyway. And if you have trouble returning it, just bitch and moan until they cave. After working retail for 6 years, I can honestly say just about anyone can get stores to make exceptions if they complain.
