I find that article really hard to believe. I don't think it's legit. 1) it’s nearly impossible to go through life (no matter what country you live in) without knowing that the #1 way to reproduce is to have sex and 2) there's a quote in the article referring to the couple as not being retarded. That's not very PC and I can't imagine that somebody in the medical or related field would use that word in describing a patient whether they be mentally challenged or not.
