I know I've asked this before, but I never got an answer. Will a d16 sohc vtec (any year) bolt in a 88 civic without aftermarket engine mounts? I need to know because I'm getting a new engine this weekend. :yes:

I'm not sure but if you have all the mounts from the new engine and all the mounts for the old engine I'm sure you can work it out...

I'd check h-t for tech info like that...

I'm pretty sure you'll need aftermarket mounts. Go to Hasport's website and find out for sure.
