I yield the stop sign; after I stop at the sign. I look right and left, then I go thought the stop sign, and the Ford SUV coming closer to me. I tired to stop then too late. The SUV smash into my car. So, it my fault. :( Both are unhurt. The Ford SUV the bumper is little damage.

I was at stop sign and I go first. This place was in Bally Fitness's Parking Lots near to CHS. I stop first then rolling.
I got a ticket for failed the yield, but I was totally wrong. $153. -_-

I don't understand why you were in the wrong...as long as you didn't hit him, and he hit you, then they should have got the ticket. Did they receive a failure to yield ticket as well? If anything they should be the one's receiving the ticket if they hit you...

The rules of the road set it up a little differently. If he's entering a major road from a side street with a stop, he can only enter the road way when it is safe to do so. unfortunately for him it wasnt safe to do so and he was in the wrong.
I'm sorry to hear it dude, with an accident like this I'd pay for it myself, fight the ticket and dont call insurance.

If you can take the guy to court with you he might be able to get you out of the ticket. If you're going to take care of his car, he should be glad that he doesn't have to deal with insurance people. You might have to drop him a $100 or so but that's better then the ticket and all. Plus, check to see if the ticket will be a point on your license. If it's not a point or not held against you in anyway then i'd just pay the ticket and forget about it.
That all make sense Pbateson?

I'm sure the guy he hit will call his insurance company, so they'll find out anyway.

My 1st language is english. I am not very good to write the grammars. I think to bring my car to the body shop, for fixed.
I dont think the insuracne cover the damage.
It my fault cuz I hit the SUV to put brake too late.
