yeah and i have a 350 chevy engine in mine, lol once you get talking about boats and engines the possibilities pretty much become endless, i know there's boats running twin 502's

FWD Sr's have CRAPPY tannies...

A company recently came out with a gear set that's a LOT more beefy but it's not exactly a street tranny after that... ALL straight cut gears.... but it'll hold the HP that engine's capable of producing..

I don't understand why you wouldn't just sell your car and get a 91-94 sentra ser... they have the sr20 motor in it already... you just need to add like 5 things to make it just about a sr20det...

But again the trannies are weak as all hell in those things.

awhile back we went to a dyno day where there was a front wheel sr20det in a sentra. I believe the guy was pushing around 225 hp. It was in really crappy condition and they had a hard time trying to start it after they had done the dyno pull. The downpipe was just hanging off and instead of hooking the exhaust pipe up to the exhaust, they just hooked it to the downpipe. It was kind of funny though, and he had some good numbers.

You get higher HP numbers on a turbo car running open downpipe instead of into an exhaust... all the neccisary backpressure (and more) is created by the exhaust turbine/housing of the turbo.
