How about MS Excel??

You could make simple little chart that you could print, or use it electronically to track it also.

If you have MS Excel, that would work. Not exactly free unless you have MS Office.

I use microsoft money, it puts your money into charts and tracks how much your taxes are out of your paycheck.

Thats my suggestion as well..

Or just make so much money that it doesnt really matter what the hell you spend it on. :D

Anyone remember how to add, substract, multiple without a calculator?

I have to do that everyday for work..

I add two asprin into my mouth, subtract some water from a glass, and wait until it multiplies in my belly. All of this is done without the use of a calculator. ;)
