ok thanks for your replies but i don't know haw to get the dash off.

helminc.com is going to be your best bet. I have a haynes from NAPA, but it sucks.
Its been awhile since I've taken the entire dash off, but I think you have to start with the console. I'll try to give you a quick rundown:
1) Open console, lift "lid" in the bottom and unscrew 2 screws.
2) Take cupholder out, remove 3 (?) screws.
3) Remove console unit
4) Pull ash tray, plastic around the shifter/center dash. (unplug flashers, clock... stereo can just hang)
5) Remove screw behind ash tray
6) From there, more screws to the left... then remove more plastic dash lining.
7) You'll eventually see screws for the gauge cluster
Damn, you know... I'm thinking that you might not have to do all of this. Don't remove everything unless someone else agrees with me... but this should help you if you do need to :D
