i love your civic. you should get the Type R grill for that kick ass ride. the vr4 is tight. the hood is out there but still very nice.

gotcha, then how do i get headlights like the ones in ur sig? i dont like the orange corners i have

Tinted windows don't make your car look more or less clean.

Mine be JDM Civic SiR headlights
But, I also used to have cleared usdm ones.
I wrote a how-to in the step-by-step section...check it out.
(Just dont think that a hotter oven is faster...it melts things...)

in NY you can have as low as 5% on ur back window and side windows, but on the front two anything lower than 70% is illegal, i was gonna get 20 but all my friends were gettin tickets for it, so i just got 35% and havent gotten any
