What relay do I need for timer and alarm?

Went to Radio Shack to get relay... all I knew was its a 5 pt relay. guy there had no idea what i was talking about so if anyone could give me part number or explain exactly what i need that would be "terrific." i know how to do i just need the relay.

i got one from Adv Auto... probably paid too much for it but oh well im tired of waiting in my car for it to count down. will do it tomorrow. have you done it thermal? or just supplied the writeup?
