(vtec, not v-tec/V-Tec/VTec/etc)
so he has a d16y8 or a d16z6?
Im guessing 50million whp
Its generally a bad idea to ask those kinds of questions because there are far too many factors. You didnt even say if those parts are oe or aftermarket
But under 115whp more than very likely

you must be more specific in what goals you want out of the motor. For the money, anything is possible.

D16Z6, AEM CAI, DC sports 4-2-1 headers, and good aftermarket exhaust should net u around 125 WHP.

My question is... why is he spending money modding the D if he is "saving money" for the B?

serious y0....jsut save the money for the B, if thats what you wanna do...if you wanna build up the D that'd be awesome too, but i'd recommend turbocharging it...tahts what you usually have to do to make a fast D.
