I'm planing to get the AEM Underdrive pulleys...I heard that it could ruin your engine in the long run..is this true? And is the belt that comes with the AEM pulleys any good? The cheapest price for it so far is $160 at this one shop near where i live. So is there any do and donts about the pulley before i get it?

1) Neh, they just underdrive the accessories, they don't change the crank pulley. No big deal, but you have less power output (electric) at idle.
2) yeah, they're fine
3) you can get them for much cheaper than that. PM hondaman-iac or look anywhere else online.
4) Do's and don'ts - eh, I don't think so. Cheap mod with minimal gains. Your A/C will suffer a little. If you have a big stereo, don't do this mod.

the aem pulley won't replace the harmonic dampener and so there will be no damage to the engine.
