You can just buy the OBD conversion from Skunk2 I do believe (correct me if I'm wrong though)
And
If your just concerend with speed. Nothing else.

ah so if you drop a b18c5 into a rex all you need is a B series trans cable, hasport b series mounts, and OBD-2 conversion? i thought i would need axles and everything, and can somone explain all teh OBD $hit, i dont get any of it?????

u dont need skunk 2 conversion there are knock offs for 100 dollers i bought one acctually for my swap Import-palace.com not a bad place...
