I certainly hope I'm not alone in this. I'm a night owl so I'm usually up to around 3am...later if I don't have class the next day and I swear...75% of my glorious 70 cable channels have infomercials. WTF? The only ones that don't on a regular basis (that I know of) are TNT, Cartoon Network, and TBS and of course the music channels like VH1 and MTV, but all they show is shitty videos. So what the hell are the point of these things? There's only so much I can know about the Ronco Rotisserie or the Roomba. If you can't sell me on your shit in 30 seconds or less you don't need to rant on and on with fake ass endorsements for another 29:30. Then there's the "if you call within the next 10 minutes" thing. How can they track that? At any given time that infomercial is probably on somewhere in the country 24 hours a day. Sorry...I'm just soooooo sick of changing the channel to a station I usually like only to see "paid programming" in the guide margin.

I hear ya. I have sattelite and most of the 400 some odd channels after 12am turn into informercials. Just garbage.

Yeah no kidding. I stay up pretty late every night and there isn't anything to watch. I end up flipping channels for 3 hours until I fall asleep
