Ok...so my regular weekend trip to KC was a bust because they're expecting anywhere from 6" (for sure) to as much as 18" of snow this weekend. Wouldn't be able to make it back to school in time. So it's only Friday and I've already stripped and cleaned both of my electric guitars (I'm talking about removing EVERYTHING and cleaning it, even the tuning keys and potentiometers), cleaned up both acoustics, vacuumed the living room, cleaned my bathroom, and have started disassembly of the furnace because it's making a funny noise and I don't want to wait for my landlord to come look at it and tell me he'll have to "call a guy". I've got a whole 2 days to go...maybe more if it snows here as much as it's supposed to cuz school will be closed. I've made up my mind...I'm eating a gun.;(

Update: I've now overhauled the furnace with relative ease, I've converted 3 movies to VCD format, I've compressed my hard drive, gone to the store, bought some fast food, smoked many cigarettes, drank many beers, and watched Blade 2 (hey...I was (or am) drunk...what do you want?). I'm seriously considering offing this whole town. Just wait until the "winter storm" hits.

I've got a touch of that too. When I'm here I don't have a job and all I've got to do is school. I really don't know anyone besides my roommate (we've been friends since middle school) so there's not a whole lot to do. Trust me...you York gals have it good compared to Pittsburg, KS. The town is just under 20K people and half of those are students. There's one Walmart (that's how you know when you live in a podunk town) and you can get anywhere in town from it's center in about 10 minutes or less. It's just sad.

Which part of the Northwest? That's about the only part of the country I haven't been to but I'm considering an internship in Tacoma.
