Does any one know if it is possible to have a Venom Performance module and a V-tech controller hooked up together?

well i think both do the same thing modifying the fuel maps and the ignition, so i say you should scrape one. i think the only thing extra that venom does is that it's advances the ignition timing, but the apexi does that too because of the more gas you put in it. the apexi will not advance it to the extent the venom does.

yeah i know my car has it but what do u mean v-tech? so the venom would help my car more then the controller

Neh you're not, it stands for Variable Valve Timing and Lift Electronic Control.
