sometimes condensation will build up inside, but a whole inch is quite a bit of water...i'd see if it continues and if it does take a look at possible entry points for water into it and go from there.

Chances are good you can't fix them. Once water gets in, that's it.

Time to look for some new headlights.

roll up on some 2x4 made ramps and then jack it up...thats what I do

just remove the lamp and tip it so the water pours out wherever (if there is no drainage hole)....then the hard part of scouring the entire sucker and finding where the water got it to seal it w/ silicone

i had water in my 1st gen eurolite tailites, completly clear, and i had water in there, i took them out and drilled a hole in the back to drain the water and used a little silicon to seal it up, and ive had no problems with them, except the ticket for no refraction in the lens

if you get the water out and can;t figure out a hole or entry point I would suggest running a bead of silicone around htre entire edge of the light to help seal up any area that may be letting in that water. Good luck on fixing that....

or just take off the fog lamp. get a bucket of water. put it under water and take it out and see were it leaks from. then fill in the hole. if leaks from to many spots just buy new ones.
