dirt racing bad idea!!

okay some of the roads here in florida are not paved. well the other day i was just messing around, and this kid had got got a new riced out accord for christmas, so i raced it, and well screwed my tranny up real bad!!

should i spend the money to fix this car, or buy my neighbors 1984 mercury capri with a mustang 5.0 engine, for two hundred bucks, just needs a tune up?

but look around and see if you cant find a real 5.0 or a better import. i just dont like the name capri sounds like the cars a luxary slowmoblie/ghey.

it is basically mercury's version of the mustang.(from austrailia)
but i found out good news, its not the tranny, the throwout bearing went out (no pun intended) so i will get a new clutch assembly.


the clutch is original, so i can see why it went out, plus my friends chipped in and bought me my friends d1616 for 200 bucks ( tired of me bumming rides off of them)so i have a new engine for my car. It has all brand new gaskets, water pump, timming belt, new pistons (oem), every thing bassically but the block and head was replaced and has about 5k miles on all the new stuff. so i am putting this in my car. No hassle of harness, or mounts cause it is out of an 89 civc
