Hey guys I need help. My idle is going up and down. I know its the IAC. But wanted to know wich site sell them. And how much do they go for. I think on the honda civic there are two Idle Air Control Valves. Please I need all the help.

have you cleaned it yet?
what about just adjusting the idle control valve?
have you messed with the coolant recently?

try cleaning it frist. then if it still happens then buy new ones.

Check your coolant... it's probobly low in the radiator...
otherwise... clean the iacv... it's pretty easy... just a few 10mm bolts holding it on... take them off don't even have to remove the coolant lines (if you do be carefull as they're pressurized) spray out the little holes with carb/choke cleaner...
That's what I did... worked just fine.

Where exactly are they located? In know its on the intake manifold. But where. And is there really two IAC?

oh in the first pic the big round thing on the right is the throttle body. your looking at the intake manifold from behind.

Like they said clean it first. Sand, dirt & such can get in there.
Otherwise you need to get that from a dealer. I had mine replaced on the Si for the same issues you're having. USE WATER TO CLEAN IT. Don't use any chemicals.

i used throttle body cleaner, i didnt have any problems.
what makes you suggest water? especially since water isnt very good as a cleaning agent.

Do you guys know how to adjust the throttle cable as well?

if you take a look at where the calbe attaches there are 2 nuts that keep the cable taught against a retainer (just looks like a fork w/ 2 prongs)
just pull it kinda tight (not to where the tb opens) and tighen the nuts together
