inverted situps (hang from a bar) 1 inverted = roughly 10 regular situps
run
chinups
more of that salad stuff (w/o dressing), less carbs, more protein (stay this until the fat is gone, then change diet again to gain muscle mass)

dont buy supplements...they dont do anything. Just eat good food and stay off the cheetos or whatever you eat for snacks...

besides all the ab workouts and eatin' right, don't forget to do some cardiovascular workouts ie running...

if you have a layer of fat over ur abs and you make ur abs stronger, you'd still have the layer of fat over it...

the most important thing you can do is run/ walk alot. if you start doing alot of ab workouts do alot of lower back workouts too though. balance the 2 or your back will hurt.

skating keeps my legs able to lift 650+ lbs, download the 8 min abs off kazza(laugh now, but it works amazing). then do some free weight upper body exercises, i do(well try to do) elevated bench, flat bench , upper back, tris and bi's fly's reverse flys, and some mroe i cant think of what to call them... uhh.... my friend has a whole workout routine im following, and ive noticed more improvement in the last month than i thought. i also have a protine shake when working out and try to cut all un nessissary junk food(cause some is needed) out of my diet. oh and dont be completly lazy, try to do at least 2 days of physical activity a week. i work out 3-5 days a week(3 being normal, 5 being when i have lots of spare time) for 30-45 mins. i play football 1-2 times a week, and try to skate once a week. i also try to not over eat anymore also. im not ripped... but im getting there IF i keep this up.

why would she say that its not a steroid or anything?

It works though.

oh i'd do protein supplements if muscle gain was important too.

those are about the only things that work, theres some new stuff out there though that i havent tried.

The easiest way is just got like 3 jobs one at a factory that you sweat your nuts off 2nd as a cook that makes you sweat more and another just makes you run around. Thats what i am doing now but i havent checked my wieght in a while. Might find a used treadmill and start running on that....me and dingo are getting fat ;) mainly just me though....

dude, why lose weight man. you can keep the same amount of weight on but cut the fat down. If you look fat, which i am assuming you dont necessarily look fat, but if you do, then you are the best "mold" to work with. If you take creatin, you only gain muscle, it opens ur cells up to take in more water and protein. Meaning that you grow at twice the speed....if i were you I would just work out everyday, and take creatine. Just drink a lot of water....and before you know it you wont only have muscle, but your fat will be gone, and be toned into muscle. Trust me, the biggest problem I had with getting defintion is that I was too skinny, i still am skinny but my muscles are well defined and Im strong....kind of a "sleeper" of a body. But in ur situation, you can become a "monster".

see...the human body only needs the amount of protein that is in a piece of beef the size of your palm per day...no matter what youre doing (even my old strength trainer was a firm follower in that)
I really am the kind of person to rely on what the body is normally capable of, under normal circumstances (thats why I dropped strength training and really only use my own body as resistance...but to each their own...I understand that other people want bulk...but I want to be able to have stamina and lean muscle instead

i started workign out and i'm addicted...i got 3-5 times a week...usually 4 at least and always for an hour at least..its good stuff. I don't haev a routine or anything but i feel alot stronger and better about myself....it builds confidence IMHO...makes you feel great.....i do cardio for about 15mins and the rest i lift weights

i am still chubby but it takes a bit to get in shape:yes:

also, i have exams this week so i am not gonna be able to go as much :paranoid:

I ripped a muscle... Does that help? (not really Im just messing) ;)

Seriously though, Last year I lost about 60lbs in less then about 8 or 9 months. The key is workout and eat good. Lots of fruits and veggies and chicken and chicken. No red meat. I would work out like every day too. It works. Im not ripped, but Im in a lot better shape then I was, Im lifting now and Im seeing the results. Atleast I have abs instead of a keg now.

Something to leave out of your diet is High Fructose Corn Syrup.(spelling?) It is a sugar alternative that alot of food manufacturers use. It is in alot of brown sodas, candy and processed foods. The reason that you want to avoid it is because it turns off your bodys metabolism. Your metabolism is what burns fat and uses the calories that you take in during the day. If you eat enough HFCS your body just stores everything no matter how much exercise you do. That sucks.
