Ok 4 of my friends were driving home from fishing and they got stupid and took of speeding. Went around a corner at/over 70mph. The driver lost control and smacks a telephone poll. Killed my other 3 friends that were passengers but he lived. Now they are charging him of 3 counts of vehicular homicide. They say he was racing someone but they people behind him had known idea what was going on and never said they were racing. Just cause they also were speeding and knew my friends in the integra.

I don’t think it is right to charge him for losing control of his car. Even if he was being stupid. Even though they all are my friends. And 3 of them died.

man that sucks but state deputies can be really a pain in the ass sometimes, like they have something to prove if they find your fourth friend guilty.

Driving is a privilege, not a right. Speeding is stupid and now he has to pay the price of not only living with the knowledge that three friends died, but the charges of vehicular homicide.

Whether he was racing or not, these three people died at his hands.

they did die at his stupidity and his hands. but the fact that my 3 friends trusted him. they could have told him slow down or choose not to ride with him. its not all his fualt.

its not all his fault?
he chose to go 70mph around a turn that should be taken at 35mph.
he is the only one that had his foot on the gas......

sorry, i have no remorse for people that do stupid shit when other peoples lives are at risk. he SHOULD have been smart enough to know when it was not ok to be hauling ass. that is just common sense.......at least to any knowledgeable human being that cares about others.

Something just like that happened to Ashley Bond, a guy around here. When he was in the hospital, he tried commiting suicide. He's been charged with thsoe accounts as well.

I'm with SlowEJ6 here. I'm sorry man...I know this guy's your friend and all but he's a f@ckin moron. I had a friend in high school who was doing about 90mph down a thouroughfare (in a 45mph zone) and some 200 year old man crept right out in front of him. He nailed the guy and, of course being 200 years old, the guy died and my friend went to jail for 3 years for involuntary vehicular manslaughter. Doesn't matter who's fault the wreck is...if you're speeding it's all on you. I absolutely refuse to speed with anyone else in the car or if there are any other cars around. If something happens, it's all on me and no one else gets hurt. I say he deserves vehicular manslaughter. And don't dilute yourself...if he's driving it's his fault. I don't care what role your other friends could've played in stopping him...he's the one with his foot to the floor and driving like a dipshit. Yeah...it's his fault.

all i know is that when people get into my car i know i am responsible for what they do, and what i do with my car. if they flick someone off it's my fault to...if i kill them it's my fault to...granted he was just tryin to show off or be cool, but he has to realize the seriousness of what he was doing. I sometimes which people could just act a little more mature. granted theres a piece of everyone that just wants to let loose every now and then but come on people when are we gonna stop killing our loved ones by stupid mistakes. A guy i knew was having problems with his g/f and to show her that he really wanted her back he was standing on a chair with a noose around his neck...only thing is he accidently fell and killed him self. think about what your doing....if some kid goofing around killed my kids you better (*&#)# believe that i would want him to get the same punishment

I'm sorry that you've lost your friends...Anytime anyone is speeding and ends up in an accident, they always blame it n street racing...Unfortunately, he's now going to have to grow up and accept the consequences for his actions...whether he feels bad or not, the repercussions are still going to be there...including being held legally responsible.
