get turbo..im not 100% sure but i dont think they make massive parts for the non-turbo model. they kinda like a non-turbo eclipse was 3 years ago. pretty much useless.

well i got this from ph: a 92 mr2 will be fast enough, with lots of oversteer, and if u are not experienced enough you will turn over the car. try www.mr2.com they have a shit load of info about the car.

Of course they will have some oversteer all the weight is in the back. There are lots of parts for looks, I dont know how many performance parts since its not Turbod. But I sure they are out there.. You might just have to pay more for them. Reliablity, I wouldnt worry about them. They are toyota... Toyotas are probably more reliable then hondas.. You cant argue that they dont make great cars, because the truth of the matter is they do. Id love to have a MR2, but a turbocharged one.

Yeah the aftermarket isn't to plentiful for the MR2..they are nice small car and handle well..
They are lightweight and w/ a Turbo can give a civic a hard timeif not beat them..
another BIG thing would be to find someone to work on it for a decent price and not charge out the ass..;)

MR2's steering and handeling have been compared to Ferrari's.
I read it somewhere.
I'm not making that up.
