I was just wondering what you guys thought about tattoos and feel free to throw out some suggestions. I want something that not every one and their mom has like arm bands and chineese writing. I was thinking something like that koolaid in mid stride holding a picture of koolaid saying "OOOOOHHHHHH YEEEEAAAAA"
something like that...

koolaid pr a big 7 with a cool phrase under it like 'get lucky' but cooler. That or the punisher skull. Kid at school has them.

dont get something thats a trend of right now, you'll regret it later. get something thats meaningful to you and somewhere that your not gonna be embarressed for everyone to see. i was thinking of getting something small on the underside of my wrist or something like that

Well that's simple, get a big red Type-R tatooed across your ass. Be sure to make a nice fart sound when showing it to your friends, gotta be like a "real" Type-R Nissan Sentra. :D

I agree with Chris, get something that is meaningful to you. Most people I know who've gotten trendy tatoos (not many) have a regretted them.

yeah just get a "H" emblem on your back jk. My opinion on them is there isn't one for me. I could care less with or without them.

One of my guy friends has "Your name" tattooed right above his you-know-what. So when he meets a girl, he asks the girl what her name is, then tells her something like "Really, I have your name tattooed above my penis.", which really surprises them for the moment until they actually see that it does in fact say "Your name"



I want to get a tattoo, but I'm such a wimp. If I got one though, I'd get it someplace where no knows its there except for me and the guy I'm being intimate with. :cool:

Funny you guys should bring this up now. I'm getting a coverup tattoo over one of my old ones and the last session is on Wednesday. I agree that you should get something that means something only to you. As far as the pain goes, it's more like getting a really bad scratch when you're getting it done but afterwards is more like a bad sunburn. Get keep it covered for a couple of days then continue with the Neosporin or A&D for a couple of more days. Not much else to it. BTW, I've got seven total but been "under the needle" more times than that. One on my upper left arm, the back of my neck, my right shoulder, my lower back (a classic place), two next to my "privates" and one on my right ankle. It may seem like a lot but no one knows I have any unless I wear shorts or a tank top. AND yes, you do get addicted to the endorphines. I'm not sure if you want to get one on your hand/lower arm unless the type of profession you choose, would allow you to have one, meaning it's accepted. Most office type environments don't, FYI. I work in one and I like to see the expressions on their face when they see me on weekends. "Wow, I never knew YOU had tattoos!" Like WTF kinda comment is that? Most people get predisposed ideas about what type of people have tattoos. Hehehehe, I personally like it and find it attractive on men. Your mileage may vary.;)

ESPECIALLY if you're seriously getting something as lame as the coolaid dude...

I know a girl (ok I know LOTS of people) who got a tatoo just to get one... She got the fighting irish guy on her belly... it looks like it's boxing her belly button...

It's like permanently bonding clownshoes to your feet...

If you don't have something IN MIND... don't go to a tatoo shop... wait till you have a GOOD drawing of something that has at least some meaning to you...

Eitherway I think tatoo's are lame... you have to go ALL OUT to be a "tatoo guy"... and if you don't you're just another clown who jumped into the tatoo rage of the 90-00's...

If you want a tatoo... do it youself.. .all prison style and whatnot...

as has been said before IF you get one get it for yourself not someone else and make sure its something YOU like. as it is I have 2 the first one I wanted I couldn't find but I found another I liked (and still do) because I was at a point of get one or forget the idea of getting any totally and fortunatly I haven't regretted either one yet my second one is the one I wanted origanly.

Need to get some touch up done, but other than that its done.. I'll definetly be getting more..

And for the people who say don't get a tattoo...GET ONE! If you want one..get one. Why not? Who cares. If you get something that has meaning to you. You'll never regret it. You people make like it's wrong to have a tattoo...like it's bad or something like that. Maybe if someone wants a tattoo they should get one.

unique like everyone else right, I wish people could be more unique but its almost impossible. I would get a tattoo of course the only reason i wouldnt are health precautions, eventhough i dont know anyone thats had problems:confused:

just browse your shops and find a nice clean one....the one i go to is all white...nice leather chairs for you to sit in...good equiptment...it's not one of those head shops w/ a tattoo parlor in it...and they always use new needles

ive never got a tatoo but with my piercings the guy was telling me that piercing and tatoo shops must stay as clean as a hospitol now and everythign is very regulated to keep everything clean.

i keep thinking about a tatoo... but cant make up my mind on anything. i dont wan some design, i want something thats meaningful to me and not a faze in my life

A friend of mine took that pic with her Clie at work because I don't have a digital camera yet. I just finally got a lap top for home, so give me some time yet. I'm gonna ask Santa for it. That and an MP3 player. Daumn, I'm so techologically challenged. LOL! ;)
