is there a good way to do this?
Im looking at some sol seats on ebay right now...ive asked the seller like 3 times if theyre from a smoker's car and they just ignore me...leading me to believe that they are indeed from one.
so, if it works out and I buy these (very nice and great shape) and it turns out that they smell...can I get the smoke odor out without removing the fabric?
No, I dont want to take them to get detailed because Im poor at the moment (especially after I buy the seats) and febreze doesnt work for crap.

Any suggestions?

Febreeze dont even work? Man i would think that that would....did you try steam cleaning them too? Dont beleive that oxy clean bullshit that dont work on half the stuff they say it does.

Recently, my grandmother's car was detailed, and she's a heavy smoker. The car came back and the smoke smell was GONE. There has to be a good way to do it. Try asking over at the autopia detailing forums, they know their stuff.

autopia had a link to some stuff that seems very promising for smoke removal
