Alignment settings

I had my car lowered a little too much and couldn't get it aligned within stock specs w/o buying a camber kit, not to mention that I scraped on stuff. I recently raised it back up a little bit so that I can get it aligned properly and its nicer to drive.

When going for an alignment, should I just get it put back as close as possible to stock specs, or are there any special settings to request? i.e. is -.5' camber better than 0 for cornering? Just wanted to hear what you guys had to say on this.

No, springs are fine, I just wanted to see if there was an alignment setting that would help the car handle a little better.

i would try to bring the front camber as close to stock, but most important the caster. for the rear i left like 1.5 degrees of negtive camber and my car hadles like a dream(with few exceptions because my caster is way out on the front passanger wheel)

One more thing, for auto-x, its better to have a slight negative camber.. The stiffer the suspension, the less you'll need that camber.

If you often ride with people in your back seat, depending on the wight of your passengers, the rear squats easily.. So if you have a med/stiff suspension setup, with passengers, you rear wheels will cambered out.
