So I've been doing some research and wanted to know how much it would cost to have an H22a installed in my 94 integra LS.

I just got the car and have a prospect for my motor and tranny and such but need to know how much a swap kit costs where to get one and which one would be the best. ANY input would be very helpful.

If its too much to get it installed I'll just go for the Type R setup. For some reason though I just wanna do an H22 integra. I just feel like it would be really sweet.

do a type R bro! it will be too much of a head ache to do a h22a in a teg. I know a guy that wanted to do a h22 in his civic and the engine is still sitting in his garage.

yeah there is another option.... civic type R b16b....

1 benefit is the lower displacement by 200 c.c s

which equals less weight

still 185 hp vs 210

i dunno

oh yeah heres where i'm looking at prices....I've heard they are REALLY reputable

So yeah i'm still thinkin and trying to convince my friend to buy the engine thats in there right now and put it in his civic...i have the money for them all now but i wanna sell my accord first before my insurance goes sky high on my teg.

So the answer is no i haven't decided but i was wondering the most whp anyone has seen out of the type R and the h22 that would help my choice alot.

I still feel that an h22 would just pure in my teg and everyone goes type R if they can...shoot i might even go for the f20b sir-t or do a rwd conversion with an sr20det s13 who knows i still have time before my car sells so who knows.

sounds like someone has some $$$, but the main reason that people put the ITR motor in their car is because its a fairly easy swap (not really saying any swap is easy). But it DID come from an Integra, was made to fit in an integra. But if you wanna be cool and some mad funds go for it.
