We recently built onto our new garage, put up some vintage signs and stuff, moved all our tools over and everything like that. Well, i busted up my front bumper not to long ago, and my sideskirts had some cracks, so....i figured out a way to make fiberglass stronger while putting on the new bumper....well, since i went to repair all my fenders, i figured hey, i might as well repaint my whole car, cause matching red is hard as shit. So, when i got the new bumper, it was all busted up as most fiberglass bumpers are when you get them. So, what i did was i took the original broken bumper and layed it out. Took all the attachements off, brackets off, and everything else.. I then took the new bumper and glassed it into the original, making it 6 layers of fiberglass. To test it I took the top right corner to a tak hammer...and it didnt even bust. So I am very happy with the strength of the front bumper now. Here are some pics....

ive herd of too many people having a car fall and almost land on them or when it falls the brakes and suspension get ruined...

Looks good so far let us know when the project is finished bro. are u painting it your self or taking the car up to a body shop? Either ways if u decide that it has too much orange peel get some 2000 grit sand paper and have it wetsanded then get some heavy duty rubbing compound.

Surprised to find another probe owner in these forums. The probe is one of my favoerite cars, currently mine is in the garage for some work as well. Nothing so glamorous, just average maintainance.
Nice whip.
More pics up soon, perhaps?
