Hello all, I'm new here. Look forward to learning more about cars, and helping people out with them as well.
I guess I should start off by telling you all about myself and my car.
Well, I'm 17, live in the Elkridge/Columbia area of Maryland (bummer...not much going on here), and I'm a senior in HS. I've always been somewhat interested in cars and modifications, more specifically, imports ;D
Well, my car (which I just got about 2 days ago) is a 1990 Honda Accord LX. It's only got a 4 cylinder engine, but it's stick, so it's still pretty quick (in my opinion, for a 4 cylinder it's quick). So far I haven't done anything to it, and at this moment, I'm about to take it to the shop to have them bleed the brakes, or if that's not what my current problem is, they'll be replacing the master cylinder I bet. Anyways, what I plan to do to it first and foremost is throw in a CD player. Then I'll be going with a new sound system because of a rattle in the rear left speaker. Then I'll be going for a new exhaust so it sounds better. At some point, probably in the ub3r-far future, if I still have it; I want to do an h22a engine swap. I've always liked Preludes, and even now it's my dream car, but I can't find one I can afford. So I figure I'll just throw the engine into my accord ;D
That's about it, and I hope someone is reading this so I didn't just waste my time typing all of that.
