Hey Guys! I am new here, I was referred by my friend Josh, 2ndGenTeg... I spend a lot of time on SHO, but am always looking for new people to share my interest in hondas with. I drive a 93 Del Sol Si, with i/h/e. I look forward to getting to know you all!

Click under member profiles. I am the third one down, red sol... I'd post pictures here, but I can't ever seem to remember how. I know, I really need to get rid of my 4x4 clearance, but I just haven't had the money yet... soon though.

Hows the Sol doing lately?

Well... the sol hasn't seen much work lately, due to the fact that I am poor. I just got new tires so that I won't die in the snow this winter, but the last performance mod I got was my header back in July. I'm hoping that I'll get a nice tax return check this year (next year technically) and put that towards rims/tires/springs... That is all that is in the works as of now. I'd like to get a new paint job, but that is just wishful thinking on my part!

I know all about being broke:rolleyes:
I haven't yet installed my header. I'm gonna let someone else do that. I've had enough trouble with broken bolts as it is. I don't want a repeat.
Well... Just thought I'd ask. Nosey I guess.

dude- you can do a header.
Took me all of 45 min to do, and nothign broke.
The only tricky thing is to be careful with the 02 sensor. its very sensitive (read: don't drop it)
The only other thing that might be a *****, is the cat to header bolts. (err. "B pipe" i think is the right word...)
jsut be careful with them, and use some liquid wrecnh and bang em a few times with a rubber mallet to losoen up the rust. THEN, gradually apply pressure to your socket wrecnch and use a leverage extender... it helps to apply a more eveb pressure.

I already snapped the first exhaust manifold stud I touched with ease. I'm stopping right there. There are too many to have to drill them all out.
