basically my water pump exploded, so is it worth tryna fix myself or should i just have it done. I replaced the radiator and it was easy, so if its not any harder really ill be fine. Mostly just looking for info.

replacing the water pump is quite a bit harder than replacing the radiator. its not all that difficult but is a pain in the ass. get a manual and read through the timing belt replacement section and you'll see how hard it is, then decide what to do.

well, the only thing I got a problem with is removing the timing belt. I know jack shit about timing, therefore, would a solution be to just leave it all on except for around the pulley on the water pump ?

If your gonna go through all the trouble of replacing the water pump you really should replace the timing belt, and any other belt you take off.
