I know a guy at work with an 89 CRX with an acura 2.0 vtec swap. What I am wondering is should I run him or should I be leary? My car runs a full second faster than his on a G-tech. can I rely on those numbers. he talks a lot of s**t and I wanna school him. any help would be good.:)

The G-tech is only somewhat accurate if you are running in the same location to make sure that you're both running on the same slope. A full second though? You should be able to take him.

I ran 14.9 on a G-tech.. When in reality I run 15.5.

Try him, it should be an interestin race.. If you win, he shuts the f up, if not....

isnt the acura 2.0 swap out of the legend? I want to say those made like 180-200hp, but I could be wrong...

2.0 would be either a bored/stroked 1.8 or a crv bottem end with a vtec head...

I don't think there is a motor out of the legend you can swap...

unless they came with the f20 but I don't think they did... and come to think of it I think there's only f22 and f23 so that's out (they're usually out of accords or acura cl's I think).

Pretty sure the legend only ever came with the v6 3.0-3.2.

Depending on what motor he's got he may have a shot...

Those things (crx's) are LIGHT... so if it's got a decent build it may be able to take you...

What mods do you have to your mustang??
