damn i really shoulda listened to u guys on stayin away from maaco...well ne who..i got my car back last nite at nite so i couldnt see much...well to my surprise this mornin my car is horrible...there is a dent on teh hood taht wasnt there b4, the licsience plate isnt even centered correctly, theres scratches on teh side moldings....they forgot to take off the mud guards and paint the side skirts...and i also had to get my bumpers put back on...the rear one is still like loose...i cant belive this..now i have to go back..and wait:no:

going back ain't neccisarily going to fix anything...

I went back to some sh!t shop with my last car (after getting it fixed after getting hit) literally 4 times...

the last one I just said...

"So you guys get 4 opportunities to do a half decent job and you can't even manage that???... No that's ok I'll just let it be... I'm not bringing it back here free or not."

It's pointless... I'd take pics and sue... if you have the time & or money...

it'll probobly cost you more then you'll get though...

it's a lose lose situation.

I've seen a local maaco here put out NICE "ambassador" paint jobs...

My buddy's buddy got his dumptruck done there... didn't even wash it first but the paint looked mint (from what he said.)

I've only seen one good maaco paint job myself though...

Most of the time it all depends on how much and the quality of prep YOU do... if you send it there on a flatbed with everything sanded primed and taped off... it CAN come out REALLY good.

too bad macco uses paint that has expired its shelf life by months
