So I'm gunna be starting work at my buddies shop...

Long story short the state is having shops do emmissions and they're one of them...

In order to do emmissions they install a mustang dyno (the better ones)... and you have the option of buying the hp/trq software for it (they're taking that option)...

SO Not only am I going to be the emissions guy (going to a seminar on it and going to make it my personal goal to be ANYONE with a swaps legal pass ticket)...

BUT I'm going to have CONSTANT FULL access to a dyno... I'm so exited I'm gunna die...

Cool beans. I was thinking about throwing down $40 for 3 DynoJet dyno runs, but free is always good :d

Ct...

Like I said though it's not even set up yet...

But I'm giddy exited... I'm gunna have a REAL hard time not spending every dime I have on parts...

I'm thinking about convincing my buddies (guys who run the station) to start an online parts store so we can sell performance parts directly to people and get a discount ourselves... as it is they get stuff for good prices from some places but not all.

Oh and the dyno we have should have no problem containing the accord... it's actually a pretty nice looking rig... it's got moveable rollers that wrap the front of the car like (car) that so it minamizes roll around you get when you just strap down the front and chock the rear...

It should be good though... If I can increase they're profits and bang stuff out then I think I could end up making pretty good money on top of it all...

And as a side note this is the shop I always use to work on my car so I'm pretty familiar with it and it has LOTS of good stuff... nothing too crazy but lots of good things to have..

13ton press (god send when I bought my master kit)
big ass cherry picker (for pulling da engines)
power brake bleeder
4 wheel alignment machine
4 bays w/lifts
Spring compressor
all the tire machines
brake lathe (I'm not positive yet but I think I can shave down my flywheel on it... not sure If I would though seeing as how it's got 160k on it)
Lots of welding stuff

Oh and one of the night guys is a body/paint guy so a color change may be in the not too distant future too... (I'd probobly get it painted elsewhere though... it's by NO means a clean enough shop to get a good paint job... my buddy painted his 70 impala there and it came out pretty good but some trouble spots cuz of all the dust in the air.)

Rambling... VERY VERY exited.

I know what you mean...we've got one at school and after your first year you can come in and use it on weekends. I've got so many pulls on the dyno it's ridiculous. I just got my car put back together and can't wait for school to start back up so I can go back in and see if I can crack 700hp. Yeehaw.
