Okay, I am so $^%@*&% pissed right now! On Sunday Josh, a friend I met from Boy's State, came down to GI to participate in the Galaxy Star search and hang out with me. We decided to go see Terminator 3 at 7:20pm. So we left to go see it around 7 and as we were crossing highway 281 heading East on Old Potash, a drunk driver hit me. He ran the red light and caught the back end of my car, causing Josh and I to do a 180. When I finally realized what had happened, I saw the truck take off. So I took off after it so I wouldn't be stuck with the damages. When I finally got him to pull over we were by the old wheelers. The guy never once asked if we were okay or say he was sorry, all he did was come up to the window and say "What do you want to do? "I don't have any insurance". Well this was all a bunch of BS because he did have insurance and the real reason he ran away was because he was driving drunk and had to switch drivers with his wife. Evidently someone called the accident in because when we were pulled over, 3 cops showed up. The cop told us that there was no way we could get him for driving drunk because no one saw who was driving when they hit us and there is no way we could get him for a hit & run because his story to the cop was "I was trying to find a more convenient place to pull over". So the only thing he has to do is pay a fine for running a red light and for the damages to my car. I personally thing this guy should be in jail. I think my mom and dad might hire an attorney and sue him, but I don't know. So that has been my exciting week. I went into the chiropractor on Monday and today to get x-rays. They showed that I have hypo mobility in my neck, 3 pinched nerves in my lower back, and misaligned hips. So I'm back to 3 times a week for therapy. I'm thinking about just riding a bike everywhere I go from now on because my luck with driving has been terrible.

No reason to sue?...... This POS left the accident and didn't even care that he t-boned me going 50+mph and that I might of been killed. I'm sorry but I think this guy deserves to pay and to be put into jail.
