right now i have a ractive intake (not cold air) on a 1992 civic si. i want to get the injen race division intake but it's pretty expensive. will it make a difference from what i have now?
does anyone have any experience with these? will it give me a noticeable difference in hp? torque??

from what i've seen so far the injen is a bit overpriced compared to the AEM one. i can do the aem intake for $163.50 shipped.

^stefan i love your sig :D

anyway...injen are too overpriced for what they really give you. aem is cheaper...but imo louder (friends rides aem vs comptech...which are also too overpriced...)

I hear those weapon r dragon intakes produce the most hp #'s on a stock ep si

get any cai USED... or get that aem from stefan that's a SWEET price.

I've never seen that good a price...

its pointless to get another intake system if you already have one...unless you need every bit of power, and you really don't..

Save up and get a turbo kit from Hondaman-iac. All that CAI stuff didnt work for me. You will barely feel the difference. I used to have a short ram set-up. My buddy had a CAI but he ordered the wrong one. Out of curiousity, we installed the CAI on mine to "feel" the difference. It may have some gain on the dyno, which we didnt check, but it was not enough to make me happy. I was disappointed.

^ I have an iceman and mine's directly opposite from your description...

I never bothered to put it on till one weekend I was bored... so I did...

Not one person has been in my car when I switch them that doesn't notice the power difference emediately...

It's not just the noise either... It really makes a big difference on mine...

Oh and fyi I got my iceman new for 100 bucks.
