gsr swap

i have a 94 del sol im looking for a good engine swap and i am considering a jdm gsr engine or a jdm h22 swap. i know the jdm h22 runs 230 hp can any one tell me the hp stats on a gsr engine? im also going to put a turbo on it wich is better to turbo dose any one know?

i would go with an H22 man but that is my opinion.

Is your Del Sol Vtec by any chance cause if it was i would just build the engine up for turbo and that car would have some balls.
