I'm getting a vehicle sunshade and a towel on the steering wheel to reduce the heat.

I really need to get a sunshade......my steering wheel and aluminum shift knob gets hella hot.

psh...no guts no glory...grab that sucker like ya mean it...

my wheel doesnt get that hot...when it does I just ignore it ...but then again Im tough as nails

heh, i like hot things expecially girls :yes: ;) but tinting would be your best bet because the good film rejects a lot of heat, but then again the tint does not cover the windshield

I have tint, but in this florida sun my car bakes
shift knob and steering wheel both can leave serious marks, lol it sucks

hahahaha I'd like to see you try that here in Tucson. I use a sun shade and have dark tint and it still gets freakin hot as hell in the car.

I've never bothered, but the top of my steering wheel has started to blister (or whatever). It's pretty sad. The only thing I really do is take my radar detector down and hide it away from the sun.

I have a STEEring wheel cover and my wheel steal gets hot, as far as the sun shades go i used to have a pair but my puppy dog took a shlt on them and i had to through them away :o

Ya man, sunshades are the way to go. I almost always use them to keep the interior from getting messed up.

Neh! The hotter heat will go into the steering wheel and get burn the hand. :o

My wheel does get hot cuz in WA there some 70 or 80 around the place.

Because 70 or 80 degrees is so hot. Go see those people out in Arizona, and the 110+ degrees they have. Then talk about hot.
