I guess she was laughing about it and some party and was like, "I hit this white man." and then someone at the party told the cops and then they searced her house. I read that way back when. That poor guy. Someone should run over her fat ass and leave her to suffer.

I think that it should all be eye for an eye in terms of punishing people. Sometimes my friends and I have crazy political discussions and when it comes to that and I say that some of them are all like, "Ewe, that is inhumane." but I think anyone that inflicts pain on anyone else should just get it right back. Unless they are mentally disabled or whatever and they really are unaware of what they did.

Ok, so I did someo futher searching on foxnews and here is the paragraph from that article where I saw the "white man" thing...

The woman said they were discussing who would be the designated driver, because some in the group had been drinking, and that Mallard said she couldn't use her car, police said. The woman recalled that Mallard giggled when she said "I hit this white man," according to the police report.

Yea, it is really old. It was a suburb-legend... Then CSI did a show similiar to it. It's old news, I'm suprised it's just now going to trial. She deserve the death penalty. She made the decision and let this man die in her garage. Blah...

Yeah, when this first went down I read about it but there were other messed up things in the article. Like the fact that she kept going back in the house to have sex w/her boyfriend. That was one thing that I found totally f*cked up aside from the "I hit this white man". I am going to try to find older articles on this...
