um, a high 12 second mustang? I think you'll take him... easily.

midly modded R's can run a good high 13 pass.

the car is capable of doing any amount of time...just depends on what he has under the hood...as Im sure you know.

why not just go up and ask what he's got and then come back and let us know...then we could give you the info on speed

what's up man...I come from the mustang camp myself...by the way is your 87 still speed density or did you convert to mass air yet?? hopefully you did heh...

how are you doing the 12sec runs?? n/a, f/i, or juiced???

be careful if his mods aren't just for looks. A well done B-series honda engine running a decent ballbearing t3/t4 turbo at around 17psi is worth about 350hp which will be running right in the 12's with you.

I'm stuck here in smoglanta with my pathetic d-series engine and obdII or I'd have converted over to a b18c by now and run a drag kit but I work with what I can...I miss my 94 gt sniff....;(

he could run a high 12 but he'd need to have some slicks and spend around 6-10 grand. stock type-r with a good driver is in the 14's.
