sand it and then paint it to get the chrome stuff off...its probably just thick paint anyway...but i have a pos knock off si grille that id sell you for $15 shipped

edit**oh and if you arent able to get the chrome crap off just go to a junk yard and remove the first outter section of another grille...replace it w/ yours. You could probably do that for under $10

eh if i were you id gut out the innards and then either go to a jyard for an outter piece or repaint the chrome shiat

go to a junkyard and get one of a coupe or hatch. or go to www.cartunerz.com and pick up a GOOD knockoff.
