valve timing

hey does anyone have any diagrams/instructions on the net like a chiltons manual for timing my valves? they need it bad
i have an f22b (2.2 sohc non-vtec auto)
any help out would be appreciated

timing your valves ? do u mean adjusting them ?????? :confused:

and if you do. the specs are printed on a sticker under your hood somewhere.
