well my car went into the shop 2 days before i returned home from europe. i get to pick it up tomorrow when i wake up. here is some pics that the guy doing the work sent to me in my email..enjoy.i sure hope the color works great. its gonna be a metallic red with a hint or purple..what are you guessses on its outcome?

well i guess they had a bit of trouble with the back bumper or soemthign but i talked to the guy and it will be done in about 2 hours. Soo, he says its a darker red than it was with a really wicked metallic and clear coat. the thing that sucks is that i thought the mirrors were going to be paitned but i guess he told me the mirrors weren't painted..son of a . I really wanted my mirrors color matched..grr

the paint job cost me $1000 and ibought the guy a bottle of Bacardi and one of whiskey..but he didn't want the whiskey so he told me to keep it for tonight haha. Ya, so i got my car and the paint looks pretty freaking good. Unfortunately they didn't paint the mirrors or black strips on my car but the rear bumper is fixed and painted as well as the front bumper. the dents in the hood were taken out and one on the rear. All the key marks and dents and chips are completey gone. They took out the rust and put in new metal and fixed all that nicely. uhm, what else, oh the color is pretty neat. I really like it but it is almost a little too dark. A couple of my friends who have seen it like it adn a couple didn't say anything so that makes me sad. I mean its not a bad color but it is kinda dull. It sucks. The rims look way better because he did them up with crap remover and shined them up all nice. The coloro of the car is called Electric Current Red. I'll post pics in alike a week.

i want to see! we ran out of paint for my mirrors and the black strips'? when i can ive got to buy more paint and finish those along with the engine bay, inside trunk ect.
