i dont know gsr just a dual cam i dont know thats why i was asking

You just get the same ECU, but modified. Why wouldn't someone want to do that?

maybe he could contact zdyne and see what they can do for him.

btw, its VTEC not V-TECH, but I don't have the energy anymore...
