How much can you usually get for the good ole F23A1 and all the goodies like tranny and such????

Responses welcome.

I doubt you could get much. It has relatively little HP (150hp) for the weight (compared to a GSR or B16). Couple that with it's relatively large size, and it makes it a pretty useless engine in the world of Engine swaps...

I'll give you $100 for yours (with tranny, ecu, and a hug from you) but I am sure that it would be hard to ship from Kalamazoo :D Why do you ask anyway? Trying to re-coup some money after a swap?

Yeah I certainly don't know any tuners who'd be interested in a F23A1, I'm actually kinda looking forward to getting rid of mine....

But a good F23A1 with low miles is still worth a chunk of change cuz the engine is good for 200+k miles, the only problem would be there's no real market for the engine. Most people with 2000-2 Accords aren't looking for new motors or trannies these days.....for any reason.

I would be willing to buy one if the price was low enough. My engine is going to start breaking down soon (I have been beating the crap out of it) so a replacement wouldn't be a bad deal...

Well heres the thing. I'm trying to get that little extra for an H22A swap and you know i'm just short for what i wanna do. So yeah I guess I am pre-recouping from a swap. And I was just curious.

But yeah, my old engine and everything will be for sale soon hopefully if anyone needs a new cheap one or parts so I'll just wait it out i guess.

I have had bad luck with F22A engine. I prefer buying rebuilt.
