Went to the dealership today and found a clean looking 95 Integra LS. Not the GSR I was looking for but I test drove and it still moves fast enough. The tag says $7900....is this a good car? And what price do you think it is worth? thanks again

whats the miles? Did it run smooth? Brake nicely?
take it on the highway
That price might be alright...if the miles arent too high and the body is in good shape. check kbb.com and fill it all out for what its really worth...then offer slightly less than that.
the LS motor (b18b) really likes boost...so prime for turbo later down the road if you were to choose to do that.

haha how did i forget to put the mileage in.... 77,795. Runs smooth, we were going 80 in it. I would love to add turbo later.

check the frame and run the vin number to see if it has accident history. if it works out and you can get it for a good price i'd get it, it could be a lot of fun with the wide aftermarket support for it.

Yeah, I'd definitely try to knock the price down a little. Also, have the dealer run a CarFax report... they should do it for free.

actually, the LS/VTEC frankenstein motor combo is very popular with b18b owners, that would yield more power than your typical type R engine setup, but requires some extensive tuning.

well the price seems a bitt up north, but check the frame for rust and the inner rear fenders. that's where the rust starts at. also start haggling with them at the price. i'm sure they have at least 2.5k ADP (Aditional Dealer Profit);)

Dude, walk in there with a number you want to pay... Stick to that number. If they wont come close walk out. There are other cars out there.. Dont be in a hurry and buy the first one unless you can get a sweet deal on it.

I agree dont rush in to buy the first car that pops up... my friend about 2 weeks ago after a pretty long time of shopping around found a 95 eclipse gsx with 68k miles and almost perfect body (cept for one tiny tiny scratch) and not a single thing wrong with the engine. so shop around!

shop around and try haggle, check under the hood on the frames to look for where it have been welded back due to a head on collison and get a history, but it sounds like a nice car, good luck with the haggling
